Haider Mortgage LLC ("we", "us") is a mortgage advisory company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us through our website, social media lead forms (including Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp or phone, and how we use and protect it, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share about your home finance needs — for example property price or budget, residency status, employment type, income range, age range, and whether you have an existing mortgage. If you speak to us by phone, the call may be recorded and transcribed.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, including automated or AI-assisted calls that qualify your needs and book a consultation.
• To assess which home finance options (Islamic or conventional) may suit you.
• With your consent, to share your details with banks and lenders when you choose to apply.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with lenders you choose to apply with, and with service providers who help us run our business (such as our CRM, telephony and messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations.

Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for your enquiry or application and our legal obligations, and we protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or stop contacting you, at any time. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, tell us on a call, or email info@haidermortgage.ae.
